Side Bar Problems :(

Hello guys, first post here 😉

Right so i’m having problems creating this side bar it’s all working fine, here check it out.

But my problem is, is that where my sub headings like “friends” and the links are too close to the edge of the sidebar. Now i’ve been trying to move them along (nudge them) but it’s not having it i’ve tried doing

which hasn’t worked 🙁 Can someone help me?

p.s I’m using the K2 design 🙂
