 * I have download a theme (serious women) and i have uploaded it
    i am having a
   problem with the side bar it wont let me add widgets and take down the widget
   that already up ????
 * is iti a problem with the theme or am i not doing somthing correct??

   areas defined in the sidebar of version I reviewed.

 * Esmi i read widgetizing themes and i am unsure why my theme wont allow me to 
   add widgets could you explain it a briefly, Is there somthing i am missing or
   need to change in the functions php ??
