No, there is no shortcode parameter to suppress the title bar for the category name. That being said, you could configure Link Library to have multiple library configurations, then clone your existing configuration to become a second configuration. In that second configuration, you can go under the Links section and uncheck the box labeled ‘Hide Category Names’. Then, update the settings parameter from “1” to “2” in your shortcode call and you should be on your way.

Thanks Yannick,
Now, how do I clone/create a new configuration? It looked like that was an option but I couldn’t find anything about how to do it. Maybe I’m just not looking in the right places. I did see the first 2 of your videos but couldn’t find any others in the series.
Thanks again, Lloyd
First, you go to the Global Options tab of Link Library and set the “Number of Libraries” parameter to be higher than 1.
Them, you you go to the Library Configurations section, you will see two new drop-down lists at the top of the page. The one on the left is to select which library configuration should be displayed. The one on the right is to select a source to make a clone.
So, select Library 2 on the left, then click on Go! next to the drop-down list to make it active. Then, select Library 1 on the right and click on Go! next to that second drop-down list to make Library 2 a clone of Library 1.
Then, change the option and update the shortcode to have settings=”2″
Let me know if this works for you.

Yes, that works for me. An oddity I noticed: if I’m changing parameters for a new library, if I change Presets it resets all other options for the new library to default, even though all the other parameters have been saved previously.
Also, is there a way to change the background colors on the presets that are buttons or the like?
Yes, changing to a different preset wipes out all settings in that configuration. That’s why it displays a warning message.
Background colors would need to be set via CSS. I did not create fields to configure the color of buttons or other UI elements. By default, they should be taking the styling defined in your site theme.
