# ShrinktheWeb Account Problem

 * Instead of getting a snapshot of the website, I get a ShrinktheWeb image that
   says Account Problem.

    MyLinks2 4.5
 * Love this plug in! I have multiple pages & many links set up to use it. I would
   love to see this resolved.

 * Ok Kelly,
 * I was able to reproduce your error. The issue is within the MyLinks plugin. It
   is currently using and outdated version of our Preview Verification Page (PVP)
   feature.
 * They need to remove the PVP feature to solve this problem. PVP is no longer required
   for free users so your visitors will be able to link directly to the sites in
   your portfolio without interruption once the MyLinks plugin is updated.
