ShpEngine Template is not working & Getting no help from Customer support

    Hi
    I have installed ShopEngine and liked it, i designed some templates but after 3-4 days suddenly all designs have been changed automatically.
    It’s not looking like old one, images are big and blur, Fonts are bigger, no alignment at all.
    I have designed Archive, Shop, Cart, Checkout & Single Product.
    I have been trying to contact customer support since yesterday, even filled form on WPmet site but still did not get any kind of support and neither get reply on Gmail.

    Please let me know, what should i do?

    Hi @imsarwar ,

    We have already replied to your support ticket with the possible solution. Try to select CSS print method to external file from Elementor > Settings > Advanced (screenshot). Hopefully after that your layout breaking issue will be solved.

    But after that if the issue is still persists, please let us know. We will be glad to help you.
