I amo using by shortcode, once each post, but on the homepage, it shows up one inside post (OK) and one in between the first and the second (NOT OK), then one on the second (OK), and one at the bottom (NOT OK)
I haven’t injected the php code with the string you gave fyi

Does it also show up twice on the default theme? Because it might be related to the way your theme is coded.

I tested on twentythirteen theme and it works fine on my end (it only shows up in the post the shortcode is in) http://lesterchan.net/wordpress_dev/

You are right, I tested in twenty-fourteen and it behaves correctly, any suggestion?
