Shows the IP address as: #hash#

    Hi,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    It seems the “Hash IP Addresses” option is enabled. You can deactivate it on the following path:
    Dashboard > Statistics > Settings > Privacy

    The issue will be resolved by double-checking the plugin configuration.

    Hola Reza, tenía el mismo problema que Alejabndrino80, pero siguiendo tus indicaciones se ha solucionado. Pero tengo una duda y te agradezco me la pudieras aclarar. Se trata que ahora se muestra la ciudad , y en lugar de #hash# se muestra la IP del usuario, por lo que quisiera saber si esto es ilegal por lo de la Protección de Datos, y que debiera hacer para evitar tener problemas legales. Agradecido me puedas ayudar. Saludos cordiales
