I would need to see the message headers to know if the messages came from SendPress as well as how your site is configured to send. \

Is it possible you’re trying to send with a from address of a gmail account?

Google is pretty strict about sending from a gmail account through a non gmail server.

That screenshot doesn’t show the actual headers. Here’s an article on how to find them.

There’s no way to tell if that was sent by SendPress from the image you sent. Although it seems unlikely since it is not an HTML message and doesn’t look like our templates at all.

I think the error is due to another plugin, thanks for your help.
