Showing Zero Pages

    Hi,

    I’m having a problem – when I add a PDF by an external link it does not begin conversion, it simply says 0/0 pages and displays the “You have not yet converted the PDF…” message.

    All the dependencies are installed, and I am using the newest version of everything.

    You can try these steps

    1. Open the link of an existing PDF post
    2. Check the box “Enable Import”
    3. Click the “Remove” link to remove the attached PDF
    4. Click the “Add or Upload file” button
    5. Add the PDF again (It will initially show “Add File” the first time you select then show “Add PDF” the second time)
    6. Click Update and wait for some seconds after saving. The conversion process should start.

    Hello @connorlsw,

    Sorry, but the plugin works only with local files added from the Media Library. Sorry for confusion, we’ll add error notice for this case.
