Showing wrong url on login since upgrade

    I just upgraded one of my installs to 1.2 and now the login link on the menu is not linking right. It should link to moltenwords.net/pp101/wp-login.php but it is linking to moltenwords.net/wp-login.php. The WordPress URI and the blog URI are both set to moltenwords.net/pp101/ What else could cause this? Sorry if this is simple. I just don’t get where it is getting that from. The code in the index says /wp-login.php">login
