    It’s strange! It should not happen.
    
    Are you using any plugin that handles the shipping charges or something like this?
    
    Here is what you can do to check:
    
    1. Please try checking if the issue persists if you temporarily switch to another theme, like Twenty Seventeen.
    
    2. Deactivate all plugins ( except Woocommerce, cart abandonment ) temporarily and see if that solves the error. Then, activate plugins one by one to see which plugin is causing the problem.
