 * Hello, In our emails we are seeing the \’ when using the {message} short code.
   The short code {fullticket} that we also use in the emails displays the apostrophe
   correctly. Please help.

 * The code was not shown properly in my reply. Let me try again. You would need
   to change this in the code view, not in the visual view:
