Showing tooltips in woocommerce product description page

Hello,

Please support me with following inquiry: I have WordPress + WooCommerce shop where I am selling imported products. For part of them I need o use the original name which means something in the country of origin, but which would need further details in the country of sale.
Therefor I was thinking to make use of tooltips. One example would be one wine which in the country of origin is called “Alb de Purcari”. I would like for when this is appearing in the product description page (title of the page, content, product description, etc) to be able to show a tooltip like: “Alb de Purcari can be translated in English as White from Purcari”.

Would this be possible with this plugin? So far I have tried and the plugin is working flawlessly within the blog posts and in the normal pages, but the tooltips are not displayed in the product description page (where actually I would need them the most).
