showing the shortcode instead of slider

Hi,

I just have used the slider that looks very similar what I am looking. However the slider is not showing anything totally. It’s showing !slideshow_deploy!

I am using a child theme with the mother theme where everything else is ok. it’s wordpress version 3.8 and here’s the link if I haven’t solve it yet. you can still see it here. http://mahmudur.info/samples/wp/hotels/
