# Showing Posts in Order

 * Hi,
 * I am having trouble with displaying specific posts in a specific order and I 
   was wondering if it is in any way possible to do this.
 * I have entered the following shortcode into my page:
 * orderby=”post__in” post__in=”992,1263,915,723….etc
 * I read in the Codex that it would be possible to arrange the posts in that order
   if I use the “post__in” code to order them. However, this has not worked. Is 
   there another way to order the post by ID numbers in a specific order?
 * Any help on this would be appreciated. Thank you.
