Showing multiple specific posts

  • I’m attempting to show multiple (possibly consecutive, *not* in the same category) posts on one page, and had assumed that would be possible with WordPress.

Here’s what I want to do: I’d like to be able to show posts starting and stopping at an arbritrary number on a blog I’m creating.

For example, if there are 50 posts, 12 categories, then I would want to show posts 12 through 35.

I thought that was possible using a parameter as part of the URL (for example, http://example.com/?p=12-35 or http://example.com/?p=12&p=35). However, I’ve not been able to find a way to make this work.

Is there a way to do what I want?

If so, could someone point me in the right direction, and/or let me know if I’m looking at the wrong feature?

    Thanks…
