Is there a parameter similar to {category} that shows comma separated linked categories that the post belongs to?

Nope, but next version of the plugin will display all associated categories by default 🙂

Sounds good.

How about being able to use [shortcode]s in “Post HTML Markup” textarea of the widget? Is that possible?

You can already do that by using WPP’s filter hooks in conjunction with WordPress’ do_shortcode() function.

I am aware.

Would be nice to use shortcodes in addition to the filters in the widget’s textarea.
