    Hi,

    It always show a “loading” icon when checkout, how can I fix it ? Thanks.

    It can’t generate the QR code, what is the problem?

    Please upgrade to the latest version released yesterday. Many issues fixed. Please send feedback if your issue still persists.

    But I try to install in other websites, it can’t generate the QR code again!!?

    Which version of PHP and WordPress are you using?

    Is debugging enabled in your WordPress installation? If it is, try switching it off by making sure this is found in your wp-config.php file:

    define( 'WP_DEBUG', false );

    If you can post a link to the site causing the problem, I can have a quick look…

    Just released v1.4 with some bugfixes and a new feature to write the qr code into a file instead of generating it dynamically every time.

    Please update to the new version (might take a few hours before it’s available).
    After updating go to your WordPress Admin Dashboard and find the plugin settings at: Woocommerce -> Settings -> Payments -> Hong Kong Faster Payment System (FPS)

    At the bottom of the settings page, check the box for the new feature:

    “Write QRCode to file”

    Please let me know if you can see the QR Code after that. To be sure, empty all browser caches before reloading your checkout page.

    I see from your website the QR Code is now working so I’ll go ahead and call this one resolved. Please open a new ticket if you encounter some other problems.
