# Showing incorrectly

 * my problem is that all display windows of this type are showing incorrectly (
   see picture).
 * Have anyone an idea?

 * Hi,
 * First ensure that the plugin is correctly installed and no files are missing.
 * This is probably caused by another plugin loading their CSS on our page.
 * You could try disabling all other plugins and checking if it’s working as expecting,
   then enable each plugin one by one to see which causes the conflict.
