Hi,
I do not see GTranslate on your website currently, so it is hard to tell anything.
Please feel free to reopen this ticket, once you add it and I can test.
Thanks! 🙂
Hi, thanks for answering.
I activated it but only as “floating item” on the top right of the page.In this way it works.
But I don’t want it in that position and if I try to put it on the primary menu, it doesn’t work. I don’t know why…-

Hi,
You will need to place it into the menu, so I can see the issue on my side.
If you do not want to do it on your live website, feel free to create a staging/development website and make sure I can see the issue.
Thanks! 🙂
Yes, but my problem is that I can’t insert it into the menu. How do I do it? When I go to “Appearance > Menu” I don’t find any entry that allows me to insert gtranslate after the menus I’ve already inserted….
And in the GTranslate Settings I already set the voice “Show in menu” > “Primary menu”. It doesn’t work.

good morning, I haven’t received any more answers, can you help me please?
Hi,
Sorry for the late response. Are you able to create a “Hello World” menu item at your desired position?
If the answer is yes, then you should be able to use
[gtranslate]or[gt-link ...]shortcodes in the menu. Please check Positioning tips in GTranslate settings page to see examples. Thanks! 🙂
