I can redirect to different page. I am using shortcodes in confirmation message. When I direct to different page I cant use confirmation message. I have to take name and reference number from form and show the customer.

Hey @alyssumtr – When you have some time, can you please share the shortcodes you’re using on the confirmation message? In similar cases, you can create a landing page, and use the shortcode in that page using the WordPress builder shortcode module to display the message.
