Showing client address without the delivery option – confusing the user

    I sell some products only in my city using the WooCommerce plugin, and I don’t give the option to delivery the products, the clients must come and pick the order in my house.

    When they are in the cart page, they see the “delivery field” where they would choose the delivery option and see the delivery fees, but there is any option for that, just the option for “pick up at the place”, but the client address keep showing below that, confusing the users.

    Some clients just see their address and think I’m gonna delivery the orders to they without a fee, and don’t read the “pick up at the place” above the address.

    I think when the users don’t have the delivery order, their address must not be showed to not confuse the clients, they must see only the “pick up at the place” option and nothing more than that.

    The flat rate option doesn’t appear, only the address.

    In cart page, it shows “Pick up at place” and “Delivery to _client address_”, but the client can’t choose, because there is just the option to pick up. But the address/zipcode can be chosen and changed and it appears there like there is an option to delivery.

    There is any way to appears the message like “There is no delivery to _address client_ when they change the zip code?

    @biasgavioli It sounds like you’d like to remove the option for customers to enter a “shipping address” on the checkout place, since you only offer local pickup as a
    method.

    By default, Local Pickup is considered a “shipping method” within WooCommerce. The plugin requires a shipping address to be entered before it can verify what methods are available for the customer’s address. While you cannot stop WooCommerce from considering Local Pickup a shipping method, you can force the plugin to use the billing address as the shipping address. This will make it so that customers do not see an option to enter a separate shipping address at checkout.

    To do that head to WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping > Shipping options > Shipping destination.
