showing blog posts on front page and on a blog page

I’m using the Opulus theme and I like the layout of the front page, and the recent blog posts on the front page. I’d also like to have the blog posts on their own page, how can I do that?

I can get the blog posts to appear on my Blog page if I go to settings>reading and tell it to display a static page instead of blog posts – but then the rest of the front page goes away too.

I want both options… the default Opulus front page, with most recent posts, and a blog page that lists all or many of my blog posts. I can’t figure out how to do that.
