Showing all attributes on front end issue

Hi, after I updated Woocommerce 2.4.6 , all of attributes in the variable products are showing on front end. For example, I have D width with size 2, 3, 4 and EE width with Size 5, 6, 7. But in the front end showing D width 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and EE width 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7. I disabled cache plugins, switch to 2015 theme, still not working. Also checking Manage Stock, still not working. I am using WP 4.3. Thank you in advance
