Showing 2 shipping methods at checkout but only want WBS

    Hi,

    I have checked your website. The Royal Mail shipping option comes from one of your WBS shipping rules. Unfortunately, I can’t say which one since the ‘WBS Settings’ screenshot link seems to be broken.

    I think some legacy settings are stuck in the system somewhere as you’ll see there no “Royal Mail” setting anymore…

    There is no shipping rules with “Royal Mail” in the title on the screenshot.

    Most likely, you have WBS shipping methods under you shipping zones (WooCommerce -> Settings -> Shipping -> Shipping Zones).

    You’re right, sorry to waste your time. We had another zone labelled exactly the same so was causing confusion. All sorted now! Thanks for the quick replies.
