# Show/Hide Toggle – changing default

 * Hi there
 * Is it possible to change the default behaviour of the TOC’s Show/Hide Toggle 
   function? It shows automatically by default, but I would like it to be hidden
   by default, and still allow users to toggle show/hide when they want to see it.

 * Yep tick the “Hide the table of contents initially” option but make sure you’re
   using the 1211 (latest) version.
