# Showcase Submission

 * Good day. I have tried to submit my site to WordPress Showcase, but it says it
   doesn’t detect it as a WordPress site – `unionlowveld.co.za`
 * As you can see it is a WordPress site, could you please assist me with this.

 * It’s probably because you removed WordPress’s generator meta tag, which places
   something like this in the source output:
 * `<meta name="generator" content="WordPress 4.1.1"/>`
 * There are a variety of ways it could have been disabled, so check for “security”
   plugins doing it first.
