show_full_content not working?

    First, great idea for a plugin. But, why can’t shortcode plugin developers include a subpage with all of the shortcode options? It gets old to always have to return here to see the list of shortcode options.

    Now, onto my dilemma. I added the shortcode to a page with the following

    [sp_news limit=”10″ show_full_content=”true”]

    Yet, the list always comes up as excerpts. Do I have to use show_full_content in conjunctions with another option for this to work? I want the whole news post to show up in the list.

    Kindly please make sure in text area you have added proper shortcode.

    if still facing problem please provide us website link and screenshot of how do you insert shortcode.

    I copied and pasted [sp_news limit=”10″ show_full_content=”true”] from the post/page editor.

    I can do a screen shot, but it doesn’t look like I can post it here. Where do I send it?

    Hello,

    Thanks for sharing us screenshot.

    Please do not use permalink name /news because this plugin is crated with custom post type “news” so right now all your news going to archive page.

    Please change permalink name from /news to /latest-news OR our-news etc.

    Important Note For How to Install

    Please make sure that Permalink link should not be “/news” Otherwise all your news will go to archive page. You can give it other name like “/ournews, /latestnews etc”

    Thanks. Changed it to /thenews and it worked great.
