Hi, I’m working on a site which uses this plugin.
Excellent so far, thank you very much for this helpful plugin.
The thing is that the owner uses Elementor, so I believe the plugin cannot retrieve the content of the post.
The problema now is that even show_content=”true” is set, the post-content is empty.
Is there something we can do about this?
    Thanks in adv.
    cheers.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello,

    Thanks for reaching here.

Please do not copy and paste the shortcode parameter because if cause the quote(“) issue writes manually.

Your problem still now, please find our website and join live chat.

    Thanks,

Sorry I’m having a hard time trying to understand what you mean.
I tried using the live chat but I did not receive any answer.
I copied and pasted so that you see how I used the shortcode. It shows ok here.
Do you have any pointers on how should I proceed? or should I look for another plugin? or at least I could try patching this in your code..?

    Hi @ju4nx,

    You have to pass only necessary parameter in your shortcode, your shortcode is : [pgaf_post_grid cat_id=”5″ design=”design-1″ include_cat_child=”true” grid=”3″ image_fit=”false” media_size=”full” show_date=”false” show_author=”false” show_read_more=”false” show_category_name=”false” show_content=”true” content_words_limit=”40″ pagination=”false” show_comments=”false” pgaf_post_filter orderby=”name” all_filter_text=”Todo”] and you have mixed up two shortcode so your shortcode is wrong.

Please replace with below shortcode and check:
    [pgaf_post_grid cat_id="5" image_fit="false" media_size="full" show_date="false" show_author="false" show_read_more="false" show_category_name="false" content_words_limit="40" pagination="false" show_comments="false"]

@patelketan Do not use short links in these forums, that has been abused in the past and is expanded when found. I have expanded yours.

    Hi,
Thank you so much, I tried the suggested shortcode but it still does not show the content preview below the title. The content div is created but it’s empty so I believe the plugin is not retrieving the content from the post.
I even added show_content=true to the shortcode you suggested but still no luck…
