Show variations in Instagram shop?

    Hi there,

    I have linked my WooCommerce store to my Instagram account using your plugin.

    My store: https://danniemac.art/
    My Instagram – https://www.instagram.com/danniemac.art/

    You’ll see in my WooCommerce store that my products are set up with two variations – A4 Print and A5 Print.

    Is it possible to show these variation names i.e. ‘A4 Print’ / ‘A5 Print’ in my Instagram shop? At the moment it is showing the Product name only, so there is nothing to distinguish the difference in price between A4 and A5, just looks like some prints are more expensive than others for no reason.

    I have read through the variable products section of your documentation here https://woocommerce.com/document/facebook-for-woocommerce/ and I’m pretty sure I’ve followed all those steps correctly.

    You can opt to include the parent variable product as well as all its variations in your Instagram catalog with the WooCommerce Instagram extension. Check out the support documentation for the product on this page:

    Thanks for your reply.

    All of the variations are already showing in my Instagram catalog, I am just wondering if there is some way to include the variation name alongside the product so that customers can differentiate between the two?

    At the moment they are displayed as:
    ‘Name of Print’ – £25
    ‘Name of Print’ – £35

    I would like for them to read:
    ‘Name of Print – A5’ – £25
    ‘Name of Print – A4’ – £35

    Does that make sense? And is it possible to do with your plugin, rather than having to buy another?

    Thanks for sending the clarification.

    Facebook for WooCommerce might help you to promote your products on the Facebook platform. Kindly note there is not currently any built-in integration with Instagram. I mean, you will be able to sync your products from Facebook to Instagram, though this process is not related to this plugin.

    On the other hand, for Instagram, we recommend:
