Show users for specific Meta-Key?

Is it possible to list users with a specific meta-key like / eg
meta_key=”user_location”

Please have a look to this

I use your plugin in a bootstrap theme and it is not possible to change the css from the widget? i placed it in my sidebar – i think it uses the default css form the theme – i already try the way you describe in the faq section of your theme – but it dos not change anything – and yes i cleared cache and so on. I cant find any css rule with firebug to – any idea?
