Hi

I have free shipping set up based on postcodes. Only customers with postcode starting with B34 will be eligible for free shipping.

For those not from B34, I want to place some text near the shipping selection area to say shipping is unavailable because they are not from B34. Is this possible?

Alternatively –

Is it possible to still show the unavailable option (and the option description) but just grey it out so it is not selectable?

Hi,

Woo doesn’t allow for unavailable options to be shown like that.

Woo does by default show a message when no shipping options are available, if wanted you can modify it as shown here: http://docs.shopplugins.com/article/33-how-to-change-the-no-shipping-methods-available-message
