Show subpages even on a subpage

    Hello everyone.
    I trying to develop a website for my job, but i’m have some problems with showing them even on a subpage. I have the following PHP-code, as I have developed myself:

    Its shows the subpages when I am on a main page, but if i’m on a subpage it dosnt.
