Hi. I’m testing the plugin for 7 days, and I need to know how I can do it to show in the catalog the amount of available stock. As well, I want you to deactivate the products that are sold out.

  • Hi @onepageagency,

You would be able to show the available stock using a custom field (premium feature), however you will need to manually update this field every time.

If you are planning on selling products, you will need to integrate with WooCommerce, which comes with a stock feature.

As for deactivating the products that are sold out, there is no explicit option in the plugin to view only products that are not currently in a catalog. That being said, you can easily see what products are in a specific category, sub-category or tag. With that in mind, what I would do for this is create a tag called, for example, “Not Assigned.” Then assign all products that are not currently going to be in a catalog to the “Not Assigned” tag. Then you can go to the “Tags” area in the plugin admin, click on the “Not Assigned” tag and it will show you all the products there. And, since, none of those products will be in a catalog, nothing will show or be different on the front end.
