Hi,
Please don’t provide passwords on a public forum.
We have dedicated forums allowing you to post private posts for that.
Also, I actually don’t understand your issue, sorry. Please, create a post on our main forums and attach maybe some screenshots with some explanations to make things more understandable.
By the way, you don’t need to use any shortcode. You just need to assign the fields to one of the allowed locations from our plugin.

You can contact the author on their own site and, once there, the discussion is between the two of you. However, it is not OK to enter or send site credentials on these forums. We don’t want to encourage others (who are less reputable) to do similar things. It’s a fine line, but one that we need to enforce. Thanks for your cooperation.

Change your password! It was public for a day or so and is probably cached at Google.
