    Hi Franky,
Sorry for the trouble, if this is not an Events Made Easy issue:
We are using a theme (Hueman) that lists the posts as thumbnails (I assume that’s what the are called, they show excerpts below a featured image) in a grid on the blog page and on the archive pages. Very nice, so we are using the blog page as our home page.
Now half of our posts concern our events, some of which require booking etc. So I convinced the editors to use your excelent plugin.
Now it seems we have to create posts and copy all the events info to them and set the featured image to display the event image and info excerpt in the (blog page or category pages) grid.
If instead we create posts containing just a shortcode like [eme_event id=6], the event info shows up nicely in single post display, but the thumbnails will only show the post title…
Is there another way using Events Made Easy to make the thumbnail/excerpt of our posts show the featured image and the event info, or is there a general solution to allow the execution of shortcodes within excerpts?
Thanks in advance for any help,

    Peter
