Show recent Activity…

Does anyone know how the recent activity works on

Is it a plugin, or mulitple plugins?

I particularly like how the information is displayed, with comments still be related to posts.

All of the plugins I can find seem to separate recent posts and comments, but this keeps them related and together.

Any help would be greatly apprieated
