Show ratings to non-logged in users in widget

Hi everyone,

How can I make the widget (sidebar) star rating show the stars (or in my case, the top 5 posts) to visitors that are not logged in?

At the moment only logged in visitors can see the sidebar widget with the top 5 posts. Thus, visitors who are not logged in to my site miss out to see the top 5 posts.

Is there any way so that visitors that are not logged in can see the widget as well?
