Show Purchase Note in Admin email

Hello,

I’d like to display the purchase note in the admin emails, as this would be super useful.

I notice that this displays by default in the customer emails but there doesn’t seem to be a way to insert this into the admin email.

I don’t want to edit core plugin files for obvious reasons. Just surprised I could find nothing about this online.
