Show products out of stock last

Congratulations on the excellent plugin!
How do I display products out of stock last on the display list?
I tried some snippets, like this:

Hi,
I decided not the way I would like, but it’s functional.
As I understand it, I can’t put an alphabetical order along with the “in stock” sort first, so what I did was put the “in stock” sort by default, displaying all the brand’s products on the page (no pagination) and I created a new sort selector for alphabetical order of AZ and ZA, but that ignores the stock order.I did it this way because, by default, it put products in stock first, but displayed them in a random order, which caused the same product to be displayed on page 1 and page 2, but a product could be hidden multiple times on transitioning pages, until random order displays it.
