Can anyone tell me how I get the posts to show on the first page? I tested and posted a topic last week and that shows, but no other posts show.

I see two posts one called Yaad thing and one without a title just a test.

You have two (2) posts alltogether and they both show up on your main page. What is the question?

Actually, the posts that show were written from an administrator’s account. The ones written by regular author accounts do not show at all.

Also are you sure your publishing your posts if you don’t click publish then it won’t show because it is still a draft.

“Regular author account” meaning what user level?

Yes I know I clicked published them from the author accounts too. As a matter of fact I did it more than once. User level for authors is two and I have the option to write and publish posts enabled for authors.

It would be nice if for the next poor guy struggling with the same issue you could post what was the issue and how did you solve it. Thanks.

Oh Yeah Moshu. Im new to this so I wasnt even thinking about that. It was actually my fault. I had set up some administrative accounts and some user accounts. It just so happened that that the user accounts I was using to write and publish posts was listed under “subscriber”. Subscribers cant post so even after I had written and pressed published, it saved it as a draft. However Once I changed the account to author I was able to publish. Thanks.
