Show or Hide Text on Quote Form

Hi, hoping for some help please. Wanting to add yes or no questions to a quote form (post) document, where a set of further questions only appear depending on whether the customer answered yes or no to the question before. For example, yes – further question(s), or no – no further questions. Thanks
