Show or hide content bug?

    I always have the ‘show or hide content’ turned on and on http://www.ondernemenzoalsikdatwil.nl/mijn-account I use the shortcode. But suddenly it doesn’t work anymore. Right now it’s off, because when it does turn on, the page is completely blank and people can’t log in.

    I have all the latest versions all plugins and themes I work with. Also from Learndash. I have already removed and reinstalled the Uncanny plugin for a while.

    Anyone have an idea how I can solve this?

    Hi @ideesonline ,

    Sorry to hear about the issue.

    Our team has tried reproducing it but we’re not able to see any errors; we haven’t had similar reports either.

    It sounds like there’s a 500 error that’s being triggered somewhere when the module is enabled. Could you check your PHP error log and WordPress debug log to see if more details are included there? You can also send us a copy on our website or to support@uncannyowl.com if it’s easier.

    Hi @ideesonline , it looks like you just tried following up with the same message in our Knowledge Base. We really need the log details that we mentioned to proceed; those will tell us what specifically is happening when the module is active.
