Show only ticket main title in admin view

    I’ve been looking for a way to hide the additional text that fills in the Title column for the ticket admin view and cannot find one. What I’d like is to have the Admin view only show the ticket title instead of the title with excerpt below it – can I hide the excerpt?

    Hi:

    There is a tiny tab on the upper right of the screen called “SCREEN OPTIONS”. If you click it you’ll see an option for LIST VIEW and EXCERPT VIEW. I suspect you need to click LIST VIEW.

    That did the trick, thanks! I wasn’t expecting the setting in the screen options so never even looked. Thanks again.
