    Hi!
I´m testing the TablePress Row Filter Extension
to show only those rows where a column was equal to a specific word.

    I´m using this parameter:
    [table id=13 filter=”Testing” filter_columns=”3″ /]

But all rows are shown …

    Thanks
    Jürgen

    Hi,

thanks for your question, and sorry for the trouble.

Are you sure that the Extension is installed AND activated as a plugin?

    Regards,
    Tobias

    Hi,
I installed “Row Filtering Extension 1.3″ and activated it..

    Now I tryed to use:
    [table id=1 filter=”word1” /]
    and this works 😉

Maybe it has something to do with hidden columns?

    Thanks
    Juergen

    Hi,

indeed, the filter_columns parameter applies to the columns before any of them are hidden. So, filter_columns=3 means the 3rd column as visible on the “Edit” screen, and not necessarily the 3rd column that is visible on the frontend.

    Regards,
    Tobias
