How can you force posts to show only the first two lines of text, followed by a more>> type of link. This allows more posts per page.

In the admin panel on Write Posts page above the text area there is a <more> quicktag. Insert it wherever you want your posts to “break”.

Oh, I get it. You insert the more tag where the post is supposed to break.
