Show on category pages

I’m trying to show a widget only on all my category pages, but it’s not working. When I click to show on Archives and/or Taxonomies -> Categories, it will not appear on any my category pages. I also tried putting in logic, is_category( $category );, that won’t work either. Can you please help me with this.
