show my div after last post, regardless of amount of posts displayed

Ok so this should be simple for a more knowledgeable person to fix, but I’ve tried all day with no luck :/ I’m trying to display 3 divs, one at a time, based on the amount of posts, so I have a div for 1 post displayed, another for 2 displayed and a third for 3 displayed. This loop works and does this, but the only problem is that it displays the div after the first post and I need it to show always after the last.
