Were you referring to displaying the subscriber list on a regular WordPress page on the frontend of the site? If so, there’s currently no built-in way to do that. You would only be able to view the subscriber lists from the wp-admin dashboard as an administrator:

In that case, there’s currently no built-in way to do that. Most sites would consider their subscriber list quite private and would want to avoid displaying it anywhere public.
