Hi, how it is possibile show the custom fied in the mail order?

I set a text-area with a custom text filled by the client.

When the client make the order don’t appear the text that he/she puts in the text-area.

Can you help me?

I have 3 products with custom fileds:

I make the order, but in the summary of the oder don’t apper the fields.

Hello @giacomo016

The fields are saved as a product description. I checked it and it works – the description is visible in the Cart and Checkout. The summary contains information about the purchased product so this description should also be visible.
Please send us a full screenshot of the purchase summary for one of these products.

Good Morning Tomasz, thanks for the replay.

There are no data in the text area filled in during the order.

They are not even in the order details.

To ship the order I would need this information in the order summary email. But unfortunately there are no written this information contained in the textarea.

Pre-sale is an option for customers who do not have an account in our store. Click Next under the icons and the form should open.

I solved thnaks the great support of Tomasz.

I have put in the field an html too long with HTML so the mail of WooCommerce cut the field.
